  • after i request for withdraw it is showing unauthorized usage.please give me a solution.

    • Hi Jasti,
If you are getting the error “Unauthorized Usage” then there are two chances. And they are as follows,
      1) You are entering the wrong PIN Number.
      2) Your card has been blocked by the bank.

In both the case you have to take the assistance from the bank. Because ATM Card is a sensitive thing and they don’t allow their account holders to change too many things and check out the exact thing which is wrong with it.

But there is no need to worry, you just call the customer care of the bank. They can clear this issue on call. But if they tell you to visit the home branch then you have to do it.
