  • Fill all the details which is asked in the KYC form and make sure you check all the details you have filled in the form twice.
  • Now write a request letter to branch manager that you want to link your permanent account number to your bank account that you hold in his branch.
  • Now you need to take a photocopy of your PAN Card and self attest it by making your signature on it.
  • Submit KYC form, the letter you wrote addressing to branch manager and the self attested photocopy at the branch.
  • And you are done with it.
